I leased a brand new Cadillac XT6 less than a month ago and I already need to bring it in. Two weeks into having the car the rear camera started glitching, then went out completely for a couple of days. and I already need to bring it in. Two weeks into having the car the rear camera started glitching, then went out completely for a couple of days. Secondly there is a stab like gash in the window frame of the driver’s side second row. I never noticed it because no one sits back there. I only noticed it because I went to put my Thanksgiving groceries in the backseat and when I went to close the door I saw it. When I called Cadillac they said it couldn’t have been there when they sold it. First I would know if I caused that kind of damage obviously and then secondly to think that I would lie about it? I was beyond offended. I have never ever inspected a new vehicle I’ve purchased from top to bottom because my expectation is that the vehicle should be in pristine condition. I mean supposedly it’s brand new right? I guess lesson learned on my part. Now every time I bring it in for a service I’m going to have to take pictures and video tape every inch of the car. I don’t trust them at all. No integrity. The thought of having to do this for the next three years is infuriating. I take care of my cars. In fact when I returned my Acura MDX all the fees were waived because it was returned in such immaculate condition. I should have stayed with them. I did not have 1 problem in all 3 years. Serves me right I guess for leaving. To add insult to injury, the manager has never called me back. Not once. Instead he chooses to speak through the salesperson saying there’s nothing they can do because it couldn’t have been there when they sold it. I’ve called the corporate office because now it’s the principle of it. I’ve had the car for less than a month, I’m still getting Welcome emails from Cadillac, I’ve put less than 400 miles on it, and I’ve already had to take a day off from work to bring it in for a service repair. I’ve been inconvenienced and been called a liar and still no call from the manager despite my requests. The reviews of this place on Yelp are correct. I wish I listened. More

I went onto Kelley Blue Book to look up the trade in value of my car and they called me saying they were interested in buying my car at full KBB cash value. Before going in I called back and asked if they were actually going to pay the full value or if it would be a situation in which I had to fight for the price. I was assured that they would just double check that everything I entered was accurate and I would get full value. Obviously I knew they would attempt to make it into a trade-in scenario however I said that I was not looking to buy on the spot because I want to do research before purchasing a new car, especially amidst a pandemic with income being unreliable. The response I received from the salesman was that if I did not do a trade in on the spot they wouldn't even be interested in buying my car for half of what its worth on KBB. Not to mention neither the salesman nor a service member looked at my car to verify the value. More

I am just not in a dire need of a new car at this time. My experience with Mr. Peros is a reason why I would consider coming back in the future. However the gentleman (I forget his name already) who came to talk to me after is where the star rating starts to go down. Maybe it was not his intent, but this gentleman left me very irritated. It did not seem like he listening to anything I said. I tried to explain to him that I needed more time to think about this decision, and the impression I got from him was that it was unacceptable. The longer he tried to convince me to buy the car, the more irritated I got. I do not understand what is so wrong with needing more time to think about the decision. He made it sound like I am going to regret walking out the door and I do not appreciate that. Even his body language of sitting back in the chair gave off a "I don't even care about you" vibe. Is it that hard to sit up straight? It seems like this gentleman was Mr. Peros's immediate superior or something; I think it should be the other way around. I'm they type of person where if I had a overall positive experience I would have considered coming back, now I am not so sure. If that second gentleman did not talk to me, my experience would have been way better. Also the email I got for this review stating "I need your feedback!" is very off-putting. You do not NEED anything from me. You should be REQUESTING my feedback and understanding that having someone's feedback is them doing a favor for you. In my opinion I would avoid statements that are telling someone what to do. (By the way, if I had a better experience I probably would not have even been annoyed with this last paragraph). More

I was in the market in looking for a car for over 2 months so I did my homework about pricing and all that stuff. Trust me I got this truck for an AWESOME PRICE. CostcoAutoProgram also helped with that. Just to put a cherry on top also won a raffle that got me a YETI COOLER, 2 YETI Flask, A yeti hopper 8 a portable grill and stand. Almost $1k worth!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE MILITARY!!!! We bought a car here in 2017 and PCS'd 2 months after. I was reviewing our sales contract to make sure we had GAP coverage (lots of hail in ft. ca We bought a car here in 2017 and PCS'd 2 months after. I was reviewing our sales contract to make sure we had GAP coverage (lots of hail in ft. carson) and noticed that they added a service contract and lifetime oil for about $3,500. Nearest dealership that accepts is 220+ miles away. When I called to cancel it they would never take the call or return my voicemails. Took me almost 2 years to cancel the contract and was only able to due so because I contacted the corporate offices. Only received a partial refund, even though we didn't and couldn't use the services. I disagreed with the refund and corporate told me that someone from the honolulu dealership would be reaching out.... that was 2 weeks ago! I will be submitting a complaint to the Schofield Army Garrison to hopefully have them blacklisted More
