I've owned 15 different cars all from different dealerships within a 15 year time frame. I'm very aware of games some sales representatives will play in order to get you into ANY car from their lot... most if not all are very "pushy" when it comes to a sale. Long story short I was interested in three cars before I showed up to my appointment. My sales representative was Sean who I definitely recommend hands down if you decide to purchase a vehicle from Honolulu GMC. I told him I was interested in three vehicles and if he could get me into my top choice that would be amazing. In my mind I thought getting into that ride was going to be a long shot due to my trade in with negative equity and mediocre credit. He let me test drive the Audi and proceeded with the paperwork to see what the numbers would be. I waited and got the final numbers with my trade in and all I can say is the monthly was cheaper than what I was paying, got me into the car I wanted, not once was pushy, and never persuaded me to purchase the vehicle. The decision was all on me, this was the first time a sales rep didn't try and push me to sign. The financing rep Theresa was amazing, she didn't tack on extra services to raise my monthly payments. She in fact got my additional warranty on my vehicle through Ally without even having to raise my monthly payments. The signing process was smooth, quick and easy. I can say nothing but positive remarks about this dealership. Thank you again Sean and Theresa for the amazing experience. This is how everyone should experience when purchasing a vehicle! All the attendants and service personnel were friendly and the service did not take longer than expected. Buying process took 3 hours which is way too long. On top of that, there were no workers to detail my truck before driving it home. I wish I could’ve got some type of incentive for my truck for waiting that of that, there were no workers to detail my truck before driving it home. My warning light to service tire monitor was on so I brought it in and they replaced my TPMS sensor, checked it and all 4 sensors read at the time.
