This was my first time getting my Cadillac serviced here in Oahu and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I requested a loaner vehicle a month prior to my service appointment and still nothing in Oahu and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I requested a loaner vehicle a month prior to my service appointment and still nothing was available. The service representative was combative and confrontational throughout our interaction. Even though I paid for an oil change, and the paperwork stated it was performed the oil life indicating percentage was not reset so I checked the oil level and the oil was slightly low and dark/gritty. My vehicle was also not washed. I will make every attempt to avoid using this dealership going forward. More
