My Salesman Andrew was awesome. I am not sure why the sales manager marked up the car higher than the advertised price. I asked to have him honor the sales price from the online adv I am not sure why the sales manager marked up the car higher than the advertised price. I asked to have him honor the sales price from the online advertisement but the manager said he already marked the price down and couldn't budge on the price. I found that very misleading and the experience maid me question if I would buy from them again. More

Service was outstanding and on a timely manner. However, it is pointless to call the service department. I called on three different occasions, and had to leave a message. I left a clear message with my name, phone # and the reason I called. Not once was my call returned to me. For service on my vehicle I give 5 stars. For the service department phone, I give less than 1 star. My recommendations are that if the service department will not return calls, I should have been told that on the recoding. More

Shawn Hamic is one of the worst sales people I’ve dealt with. He wasn’t honest, he didn’t do what he said he would, he also personally attacked me and made up lies about me. I have it all in writing. A wee with. He wasn’t honest, he didn’t do what he said he would, he also personally attacked me and made up lies about me. I have it all in writing. A week after buying the vehicle, there was a evap leak and a gas leak, headlights still not fixed as promised. Sean even asked me to lie about it being fixed sk the loan would close. He also asked me to lie about me paying my officer manager more and write fake statements in order for the deal to go through. Also in writing. I will never do business with this dealership again. Sean defines a typical used car salesman and that’s why they have such a bad name. More
