Its frustrating to have been assured that my purchase would be protected even though i live on another island and then have a multitude of issues that cannot be addressed because a company just decides to not be qualified anymore to work on my vehicle. There were no options given, no different avenues. Just a “ sorry we are not qualified” after i called deluz Chevy in hilo Even though they told me back in July 2024 that the definitely can work on my truck. Now im stuck with a leaking roof truck with multiple bad sensors and recalls that nobody will work on. Even private mechanics will not touch this truck. My fault for buying a first year production vehicle i guess. I am not a happy customer. And after the no responses after my calls for help make it evident im not gonna het any help, just some more promises. Not sure where to go from here. I honestly feel like i was tricked by multiple agencies to spend $120k on a product that they knew they wouldnt have to deal with because i live on another island. Money as i feel now is down the drain.

Thank you for your response. Service replacement of catalytic converter completed and my car returned on December 11, which was the same day I returned the rental. No charge for the loaner but I was charged $67.07 for the insurance I signed up for when first getting the rental. Altho this was a traumatic experience for me, I do want to compliment the service agent Liana who is ALWAYS courteous and respectful, despite being the only agent there and being inundated with phone calls and service requests. Besides, she had nothing to do with the service problem involving the catalytic converter--strictly a technical service issue.
