The last year trying to call the service department has been frustrating as it has been very rare that I have someone answer my call. I will leave multiple message via voice mail and online chat however, I don’t get a reply. Just today I found out my AC does not work…again. I had it fixed last year October after having to wait 2 months!!! It took 2 whole days to have the diagnostic finalized, another day and a half to have the warranty finalized and two days for the repair. All while that was happening I didn’t have a vehicle offered to me from the beginning and I had to ask on day 3 is a loaner was available. Now finding out that my AC is not working again, I waited an hour for someone to answer the phone and told I have to wait another month for my vehicle to be “diagnosed “ to see what the problem is. I was also told that you have only 3 technicians working. That is not good enough and I’m very disappointed. I paid a lot of money for my car, brand new off the lot and put down 50k cash as well because I believed I was going to receive top quality service. Since purchasing my vehicle it always seems like there is such a long wait time. Unfortunately a free car wash is not going to make up for the months of waiting. My sister has purchased a truck from you just last year and has had even worse luck dealing with the service department having multiple problems and I feel horrible as I encouraged them to buy from you folks. I have even paid out of pocket and taken my vehicle to other places to get a service because they can have it done within an hour and are willing to accommodate me. It’s a shame because I paid GMC to have extended warranty and oil changes. I shouldn’t have to go somewhere else and pay extra.

Just found out today that the correct parts didn’t get sent to repair my moonroof. The dealership has now had my truck for 10 days this time. Yes this is the 3rd issue I have had with my truck and it’s only 2 months old. The general manager has informed me that is what I signed when I purchased my truck. So I am going to try and bring the customers voice to GMC and Lithia. Anyone that has had any issues with Honolulu GMC/Cadillac please feel free to send me your story and how bad it was handled to customersvoiceoahu@gmail.com!
