Friendly, and truthful about scheduling. My Escalade was there the whole day, but they were pretty booked already, so no surprise. What I wasn’t happy about was that my caddy left the deal My Escalade was there the whole day, but they were pretty booked already, so no surprise. What I wasn’t happy about was that my caddy left the dealership with a tire sensor light on, and a recommended repair for some front stabilizer. I wish I was told ahead of time, so that they could work on it asap, instead of driving home with some notification lights illuminated on the dash. Now gotta wait 2 months for the next available slot for service. More

It started as a good experience but once the vehicle was purchased it was all down hill from there. I needed help with my vehicle registration and magically all phone calls go unanswered.
