1st appt check up requested due to tires going flat. Told nothing wrong. I finally went to Costco and they found a nail. 2nd appt to get a tire. I had to wait over a month for my appointment. I called in late march due to a check engine light. Was told at that time that the earliest available appointment was in May. When I explained that my warranty was running out on April 1st I was told that they would open a work order so it would be covered by warranty. Right before my appointment i started getting a warning light for my battery and message that the charging system may fail. Upon arrival I informed the service provider of said problem along with the fuel saver system wasn’t working. I had this same problem on a previous appointment and was told that if I ran my AC lower than 74 that it wouldn’t work. After the service I was told that it was all due to a loose battery connection. Check engine light was off. $370.00 later, I drove my vehicle home and parked it. Upon turning it on the check engine light was on once again. I was given a return appointment on 5/15/23. I was informed of an emission problem with the vent, that the part was in stock and would be installed on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was texted back when inquiring the status of my vehicle and was told that the part would be there that day and installed. It is now Thursday and still no car and no responses to my texts on its status. Although on the link I was given to watch the progress of my repairs is currently on inspection “in progress”, when yesterday it was in service “in progress”. WHICH IS IT? More
