Personnel have been very courteous and helpful when needed. Only problem was difficulty getting car serviced in a timely manner, even if I had appointment scheduled. Was offered ride back home to wait needed. Only problem was difficulty getting car serviced in a timely manner, even if I had appointment scheduled. Was offered ride back home to wait for servicing rather than wait for car to be serviced because service time would be longer than expected, as they were not able to begin service at the time scheduled, Found that very inconvenient and waste of time, as I would rather have waited for car to be serviced in a timely manner than having to waste a day waiting for the service to be completed--I DID have a morning service appointment scheduled BOTH times!! Autos should be serviced BEGINNING AT THE SCHEDULED TIME rather than hours later! More

1) Impossible 2 make reservation on line or calling - had to drive to facility. 2) Had 8:00 a.m. reservation Apr 21, but at 3:00 p.m. they had not begun work on the car - had to return with car Apr 24 for 3 to drive to facility. 2) Had 8:00 a.m. reservation Apr 21, but at 3:00 p.m. they had not begun work on the car - had to return with car Apr 24 for 30,000 mile svc. ***VERY POOR SERVICE DEPT.
