I had to get the car checked which took all day. Then I was given the news that parts had to be ordered. It would be a couple of weeks. Well then I had to call the parts department and found out the Then I was given the news that parts had to be ordered. It would be a couple of weeks. Well then I had to call the parts department and found out they had already received the parts but had not notified me or the service department. So I have to make another appointment to get the parts installed which took more weeks. Basically this whole process was about two months. This not good if your car is not working a hundred per cent or involves a safety issue. What I am being told is there are still supply chain issues and a shortage of qualified skilled technicians everywhere. There needs to be better communication the service department and the parts department. As a customer be proactive in what is going on and take some initiative. It makes a difference. Micah on the service side help keep me updated once the parts were received. He had to get o2 sensor from another dealer. It was discovered bad after the initial inspection once the work began. Sometimes these things are discovered after the work begins. All I can say is keep up on your maintenance and always be prepared for surprises both in time and cost. All cars break sooner or later. I have always been treated good when I go to this dealership and have work done or order parts. More

Sean was great Theresa’ was awesome my overall experience was great ! Only thing that could have been better was the cleaning and detailing of my truck . All that was done was a wipe down . DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! Trust me, I’m trying to save the rest of you from being scammed by this place. I wish I would have read the reviews from this place before buying 3 vehicles from them! They claim 172 point inspection but I have video and picture proof that they do not do that. Instead they do temporary repairs just to sell their cars and push their salesman like Nick Nakama to scam you. First one was a GMC terrain with oil consumption issues! Didn’t even last me 6 months! Next was Chevy Malibu that had electrical issues that left me stranded that same night I bought the vehicle! And the most expensive one was a 2019 Mazda CX5 that only lasted me 11 months due to them hiding a JB weld repair on the engine block that cost me $13000 at Mazda to replace! Nick Nakama is a sleazy car salesman just like the dealership itself. They took advantage of the fact that I desperately needed a vehicle for my family and sold me cars that were not safe to drive. IF YOU HAVE A FAMILY, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! You are putting them in danger! And yes I addressed these issues early on to their service department and to Nick and all I got was an and offer to get a more expensive and newer vehicle each time or “Take it to Mazda”! You can’t just keep trading in your vehicle every time it breaks, but that’s what they rely on. I took video and photo proof that they do not inspect their vehicles. Who puts JB weld on a leaking engine block or zip ties on holding the exposed wires to the auto stop system???! Then they say that I should’ve bought their extended warranty. All they care about is selling you a car before you get out the door. I bought 3 vehicles from them within a year span because Nick Nakama comes off as if he wants to help you and your family but in reality it’s all about his commission and pay. The Malibu I bought from them didn’t even have registration or safety, they claim that, that’s normal for Hawaii?!! Lol. Me being new to the island fell for that trap too. There’s so many bad practices that they have, if you wish to reach out to me I can provide all the evidence that they are sleazy and a scam. I’m still waiting for my engine to be rebuilt at Mazda.
