I’ve brought my vehicle here several times now. As a former technician at a dealership I can confidently say that this dealership feels understaffed with service writers. I don’t even try to call anymore because my calls are never answered. The last time I brought my vehicle in I left it for 2 weeks for a noise and recall and nothing was done. If I do go in… I’m never confident my vehicle will even be done or available to pick up. Johnny the service writer for me was great to work with but he has seemingly more work than he can handle. I’m not sure if this is because there are too many cars to service or if there are not enough workers. Either way… it’s been very difficult to even get a simple oil change. More
