This dealership marks up vehicles that another dealership 15 miles away does not. Same vehicle can be as much as $24,000 more. Also, the service department is chaotic. Took my car in for annual service on 12/6. Nothing wrong with my car, but annual service was needed. Car was done in About a couple hours, but After I left the dealership and headed home, smok Nothing wrong with my car, but annual service was needed. Car was done in About a couple hours, but After I left the dealership and headed home, smoke started coming out of the right side of my car and car kept jerking when I accelerated. Tried a couple more times but same problem so return to dealership where they rechecked my car for about another couple hours. Was told that my catalytic converter was the problem and they needed to order one since none was in stock. They put me in a rental loaner as none available at the dealership. Don't like the loaner cause it's electric and I'm not familiar with electric car. My thinking is the catalytic converter was damaged while being serviced because my car was running perfectly when I took it in and had no problems. Seems very strange that as soon as I drove the car off the dealership lot after service that the problems with the smoking, and the jerking occurred. The rent the rental is an electric car and I don't want to keep using it cause I'm not familiar with it. Part had to be ordered and I wanted expedited and car repaired immediately. Very disappointed with the whole situation, however, the only service advisor available has been very busy and not able to talk to her. They also have a new service manager, so the whole situation is very chaotic and I'm very disappointed as I have been happy with my Buick Service previously please get back to me as soon as possible to let me know what's going on since the service department is unreachable due to lack of manpower. Buying experience was smooth and easy. Customer service is TERRIBLE. Just need an update of my truck that is getting warranty/recall work done. The service manager Jeff has not called me back after multiple messages left, over one week. Getting the go around and no one is willing or able to assist. My sales person Kathryn, has no idea what is going on with my truck, she simply passed my info to service manager/advisor Jeff saying he will be in contact with me. Nick has been the ONE saving grace and only person who has answers calls and follows-up. He’s not able to provide what I need since it’s not his department. Overall lack of care and effort. Ridiculous. More
