Issue with steering column/ damper noise was not resolved. Possibility that the frame is bent as Honda sent my 2024 Pilot to a body shop for door correction due to major misalignment and gaps. Car resolved. Possibility that the frame is bent as Honda sent my 2024 Pilot to a body shop for door correction due to major misalignment and gaps. Car was returned with burning smell of oil, which took a few days to disappear. They promised a car wash, instead the car came back dirtier and with grease hand prints in various places. Issues were brought to the managers attention and all she did was offer me a $20 discount for my trouble. What a major insult!!. More
