I’m last visit was horrible. My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hour My service advisor completely forgot about me. I just needed to replace my battery. My service advisor Randy never gave me any update. After two hours of waiting, I finally get a text of service recommendations which included bad battery 🙄. After I approved the recommendation of battery change, I didn’t get my car until 2 and a half hours later. My advice advisor was nowhere to be found and I had to get another advisor to check me out. Darius helped me pick out a car and was very helpful and patient. Also in finance I had more questions and I went back to the dealership a couple weeks after I bought the car and Oral walked me through ever patient. Had an appointment for simple oil snd filter change. Took over 2 hours for thie service to be completed. Even if this was scheduled on a weekend, busy day, an oil change should not take that long.
