Work requested was performed--my complaint is that an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection, along with a very general estimate of some repair work took over 1.5 hours. Far too long. I was very surprised by the professionalism and attention I received from the first call until the end of the service. Dan listened to me carefully and helped me through the process. I had a recall.
