This is the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars, but never had the experience with Honda At the Avenues anywhere else. The salesmen are friendly, professional, and spot on. Franco helped me with my car purchase, but Corbin had the perfect vehicle waiting for me valet at the front door. I fell in love immediately with the Honda CR V EXL. The financing was seamless I think his name is Oral ( not sure) but he was awesome and very professional. I went back the next day and Tru helped me with the Honda link for my new vehicle. I even met the person who answered my phone request for an appointment, I think his name is Richard ( not sure). If the names are wrong, you know who you are. Thank you, Honda, for having a great team of handsome salesmen. This is my dealership for now on. More

Be very careful when purchasing an automobile from this dealership if you are purchasing from out of state. Sometimes seems like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Corbin was excellent as dealership if you are purchasing from out of state. Sometimes seems like one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Corbin was excellent as a saleperson so this isn't about him. The finance department is another story. 5 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and we are still waiting for a title. We were told it may take a while so the finance person, Ibrahima Samba, told me to call him a few days before the expiration to get an extension for our temporary registration. He said he would overnight another temp registration. Emailed him 5 days in advance and called him 3 days prior to expiration and of course he didn't get either. Of course he didn't. So now I cannot drive the vehicle because the temporay registration has expired. Be very careful about working with this dealership. More
