Westport followed up with me more promptly and with multiple people from both sales and marketing. George Scott, my sales rep, was amazing. I sensed he was honest from the outset and that is most important for me when buying anything. And because I felt I did my homework with regards to pricing, he from the very onset was in my opinion, fair in both the price he offered for the trade in and the price for the new car. Really glad I chose to do business with them. (This was our families 3rd Honda Odyssey and the 2nd we've purchased from Westport.) More

Just bought a Honda Pilot I was there to buy a new SUV, and I had one other brand in mind. I was trading in my old SUV. The sales team was not high pressure even though this was during the year end sale. We ended up getting a good deal, and then we left. We took some time to decide, got some coffee at a nearby coffee shop, and then decided on the car. Signing the paperwork was easy, and the person who helped me was low pressure. The whole experience was good. I never went to the other car dealer, as KBB and Edmunds (and others) said their SUV was the best in class. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and in price incentives. More
