This was one of my top experiences in buying ten new cars over the years. I had the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds prices for two different Hondas complete with costs for the specific styles. I received a quote over the years. I had the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds prices for two different Hondas complete with costs for the specific styles. I received a quote from Bill over the phone and he was ready at the appointment time to provide a test drive. Bill was informative and spent all the time needed to answer our questions but he was not pushy. Price was right in the ballpark for what Kelly and Edmunds said we should pay. We considered another brand, Subaru, and took a few days to test those but ultimately decided on a CR-V. When I contacted Bill a week later to say we wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the deal promptly and take delivery of the car the same day. I kept waiting for hidden charges or fees to be added, but the out the door price was exactly what was quoted. He spent time explaining the features of the car and synced our cell phones. Altogether a very pleasant experience. More
