Leased a new 2022 HR-V sight unseen due to shortages. The initial visit and deal making was better than expected. Problem is, I did not get a few of the deals in writing (heated seats and remote start). I wa initial visit and deal making was better than expected. Problem is, I did not get a few of the deals in writing (heated seats and remote start). I was also led to believe the vehicle was in transit nearby. Unfortunately, delivery took 6 weeks as the vehicle was in fact not even in port yet when I signed. Upon delivery, the paperwork process was easy until I learned I was not getting the features discussed at the price stated at time of buying (Quoted about $500 - was told it would actually be $1,000 - I opted out). The car was not fully detailed on delivery and Greg did not spend any time with me going over the full features and use of the car. I was also told he would discuss the missed options with the sales manager the next day and I have not heard anything now 3 days later. I would not be inclined to recommend this dealer because of the shady behavior at the end of the deal. I feel more like they cared about a signature for a commission check once they had a deal then ensuring I was comfortable in a vehicle. More

The back of the house went above and beyond with Excellent Customer Service, knowledge, prompt communication, kindness was a welcoming contrast from the extremely disappointing sales experience on Oct.17,2020 purchase of my New CRV with 5538k miles. From misinformed Sales information on genuine leather seats replaced, to interference with my car insurance transfer causing incorrect coverage documentation delivery to be redone, not having the car professionally detailed at purchase pick up that might have called attention to remembering the replaced floor mats and noticing the windshield issues. The most horrendous inexperienced Financed Rep. with initials “M.Q.” I have ever encountered in my 20 years buying Hondas. Numerous inaccuracies among the 10 page forms that needed to be signed had to be redone. The lack of ability to answer any of my questions professionally and refusing to make corrections. The need to call in Kristin Valenti, manager to move forward. It was such a struggle to receive the”Jon Lorensen Advantage Extended Warranty” in print. What should have been a very happy, exciting time was a stressful bad day. The Sales staff and especially the Finance Reps should be trained, educated, all on the same page with communication. They should job shadow the Service Advisors on how to treat all customers as quality, intelligent consumers. More

Horrible dealership to use.... The finance manager at the time Paul Marino, was nothing but a crook to sell extended warranties just to get a commission.
