Buying a car from Honda of Watertown was an easy, relaxing experience. Michael Joy was professional, courteous, and down to earth. I must have been there for five or six hours, yet I never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I really had not planned on making a purchase that day, and they were very understanding of that. I got a great car at a great price. Since my purchase, they have followed up several times to make sure I'm happy with it. Most importantly, when speaking with them since, they really remember me, not just the sale. They remembered what we talked about and what my concerns where, and they were sure to ask about them. He is a terrific salesman and a credit to Honda of Watertown, just a great all around guy, who makes you believe he is generally interested in your well being, what is best for you. Another great job by Carlos!!! He excels at proactively keeping me updated with the status of my car. Specifically, I appreciate how he is able to recommend services and repairs to optimize the use of lab keeping me updated with the status of my car. Specifically, I appreciate how he is able to recommend services and repairs to optimize the use of labor, thereby reducing my cost. For instance, while performing a routine break replacement they discovered that the left rear wheel bearing had to be replaced. If I authorized the repair, the labor costs would be greatly reduced because they were already working on that section of the car. Plus there would not be a separate diagnostic fee since they discovered the problem in the course of making a repair. Naturally, I authorized the bearing repair and I’m delighted with all the work and service. In fact, I usually play books-on-tape while driving to work, but today I just wanted to listen to my car run. I truly feel like a strategic partner / client in the care of my car with Carlos, not just a customer. More
