The used car had gone through a thorough examination by the dealership. Two tires and both front axles were replaced and the faulty a/c was replaced. When asked, I received printed confirmation of this. Henry Cardona-Soto, my salesperson, was a gem. Attentive, a good listener, explained things well, and answered all my concerns. If his name was on the drop-down list below, I would give him 5 STARS. I felt like he and the dealership truly cared about me. More

I dropped off the car for an oil change and full diagnostic, found a few things needing repair, and agreed to go ahead and do them. I went home and got a phone call from my tech advisor that they accidentally broke my windshield and that the car would not be ready until Friday; thank you, Tim, for your honesty. No big deal called my insurance and put in a claim for replacement. Picked up the car at noon and immediately noticed that the car had some hesitation and no power. I am no mechanic and see the problem right away. Drove it 6 miles to the glass repair and called service, and explained the situation and that I would be droppings it off after the windshield got replaced. 2 hours later picked it up and tried to make it back to the shop 6 miles around. I could not make it to the shop. The car got stuck, not shifting, and could not go anywhere; luckily, it stopped on a hill, and I could let it go on the reverse to a private driveway. (Thanks, that gentleman owner of the property, for allowing me to park it there). Here is where it gets more interesting; I called my insurance again to tow it to the shop, long waited until they arrived, and called the shop to let them know, that I would drop the car off after working hours, and it was Friday, and they can start early and see the car and fix. Saturday morning, when I got there, my car was parked outside in the parking lot, and the service guy didn't even know his name very money hungry and asked me if I want an appointment. I told him that my car was the one they found parked at the garage door. Oh! I moved the car because you need an appointment and you need to wait for Tim. I need to confess that I lost it with the guy. I already paid for that repair, and my car is worst now than when I brought it in. He made a fool out of him twice in less than 20 minutes. Once he said that, he drove the car. The car was on a hill, and he only released the brake to park it down. He didn’t want to deal with me. He wanted new customers. What the xxxx? I had already paid; there was nothing there for him, and he walked away. And I went out. He went out to confirm what I told him, and again the car would not move. I saw him, and he pretend that he didn’t see me. The guy would not even try to put my name so he could pull the data out and resolve the issue; he just made it worst. A few minutes later, Tim show and saw, and we spoke and called the technician, who took the car in for a diagnostic. After four more hours, they discovered they had used the wrong part for my car, the same model but a different year. My service advisor Tim was great, very calm, and collected. My issue was not with him at all, I wish him the best, and maybe he can find a better place to work and an excellent team to back him up. More

I purchase a used Hyundai Elantra 2020 back in November of 2022. Issue being the headlights and the high beams never functioned properly. Went to the visit the dealer yesterday and spoke with these peopl of 2022. Issue being the headlights and the high beams never functioned properly. Went to the visit the dealer yesterday and spoke with these people. The manager informed me that it is a user error. I really loved being told that, when I am an IT Administrator and went through the manual and searched the Internet for hours regarding the issue. They refused to look at the issue or fix the issue. I also went to the DMV to speak with them to see what can be done, they wouldn't do anything about it either. I am not paying to fix this problem and will be getting rid of the vehicle and acquiring another from somewhere else. This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealer, and this is how they treat their customers. I will never buy another vehicle from this place ever again. More

Dealing with the business manager, Greg Lebeau, was fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us very efficiently. He took the time to answer my additional questions days after fantastic. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us very efficiently. He took the time to answer my additional questions days after the sale as well. Inventory was also impressive given the shortage in the industry. Salesperson was nice, however, totally unhelpful after the sale was finalized with questions I had. Time management should also be more of a priority. Our transaction on the first visit to the dealer should have taken no more than an hour (we knew what we wanted). It took more than three hours, most spent waiting for the salesperson. I would have been fine to deal with any other salesperson just so we could have left with our kids. More
