I have always gone to Honda of Watertown for service on my civic and have always had very friendly service. He worked it out so it made sense for me to do this and met all my needs, and was great to work with -- very easygoing, no pressure, just worked to be sure the deal met my goals. He spent alot of time after the sale reviewing how the car worked, no rush, making sure I was comfortable. He even filled the gas tank!
