I made an appointment to have my Safety Restraint System checked in March. It was determined that it was under warranty and that the driver's seatbelt buckle was the problem. They did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. It is now June, and I have not been notified that the part is available. However, I have been contacted several times to have MORE service done to the vehicle. They are after money and not concerned about customer safety. More

I went there knowing what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and Mike and Phil make it very easy and comfortable for me. I even had my daughter there and we were there quite a while, she in only nine. I have always gone to Honda of Watertown for service on my civic and have always had very friendly service. He is very personable, competent, and definitely dedicated to "customer satisfaction". He spends the time with you to make sure you are comfortable with the new car and therefore, when you get into the car to drive home you ARE comfortable with the car and everything involved in the sale.
