I gave this rating because Honda of Watertown has given me the best service , Ive been to other dealerships and have not recieved the customer service Honda has given me. I brought my 2011 honda civic for an oil change 10-12-2011 after I left I recieved a nice email from Phil Verini saying sorry that he miised me to say hi and asked if I would like to come in to see if I would like to lease another Honda. I came back the next day Phil was great he listened to what I wanted and was sincere not pushy . It was nice to that the General Mgr Rick Bierce came over and said hello and remembered me fro the lastpurchase and thanked me for coming back. Chase Dziloski aslo was a big help. I love my new 2012 honda civic and will make sure to tell my friends and family . More

NEVER EVER NEVER GO TO THIS DEARLERSHIP. I BOUGHT A 2008 HONDA ACCORD 5 SPEED ON MAY 12TH. THIRTEEN DAYS LATER THE CLUTCH BLEW OUT AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. I UNDERSTAND THE WEARABLE ITEM RULE BUT I HONDA ACCORD 5 SPEED ON MAY 12TH. THIRTEEN DAYS LATER THE CLUTCH BLEW OUT AND THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE IT. I UNDERSTAND THE WEARABLE ITEM RULE BUT I DID NOT BLOW A CLUTCH IN THIRTEEN DAYS. I PAID 21,276.00 FOR THE CAR (CASH) AND THE FRIENDLEY HONDA DEALER WOULD NOT THROW IN A CLUTCH THIRTEEN DAYS LATER BECAUSE OF THE WEARABLE ITEMS RULE. I HAD TO BORROW MONEY TO GET MY NEW CAR FIXED AND GOT RIPED OFF AGAIN. NEVERTHELESS, I DECIDED TO GET THE CAR FIXED RIGHT AND TOOK IT BACK TO HONDA 3 MONTHS LATER AND BECAUSE I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE, FRIENDLY HONDA TOLD ME TO COME AND GET MY DISABLED VEHICLE OUT OF THEIR SERVICE AREA BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT GOING TO FIX MY CAR. NOW I'M GOING TO SMAILL CLAIMS COURT WITH THIS DEALERSHIP TO RECOVER SOME OF MY OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES. DON'T SPEND A DIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Chris was very helpful in assessing my needs and budget for buying a used car for my growing family. I ended up with a great used 2009 Civic at a good price. Chris followed through on his promises to meet my expectations for repainting certain areas of the car as he promised during our sales interaction. After having the car for a month, it runs great and the whole team at Watertown Honda including the manager Jim has been really resourceful, courteous and friendly in answering all my questions. They are a reliable used sales group that sticks to their promises and values their customers overall satisfaction. I highly reccomendations Chris and the whole Honda of Watertown team. More

Would I recommend this dealership - No. My previous post should have had no. Pressured and untruthfulness is this dealership motto. I wanted to test drive the Honda Civic and wanted to know what type of should have had no. Pressured and untruthfulness is this dealership motto. I wanted to test drive the Honda Civic and wanted to know what type of deal I could get. I was told that I was receiving a discount because I know an employeed. The discount was less than whatI was offered at another dealership. I was told that the 0.9% percent financing would end on Sept. 4. Definitely not true since I still hear the 0.9% financing on the radio. I wanted to come back but was pressured into buying and taking the car on the same day. Not happy with the whole experience. I was not given the option of getting the VIN number etched on the windows. This was tagged on and saw it after a closer look at the contract. The finance person did not even go line by line with the contract as I've experienced with other dealships. I stopped by a week later to speak with Mr. Verini but he was busy, I left a voicemail message which is yet to be returned. I know I should have just walked out and not closed the deal. What bothers me is the untruthfulness of the supped deal I was getting and the low finance rate ending on Sept. 4. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Worse experience ever - this is my fourth new car from different automakers and this has been the worse experience ever. It has turned me off of purchasing another Honda in the future. More

Went driving around, not sure what kind of car I wanted to replace a lease with. Stopped in Honda of Watertown to peruse the used car lot after going to another dealer. Saw the used CRV, I could not believe the prices on them. Chris Hansen came out, introduced himself, let us take one for a test drive. My wife and I were sold after that. Chris was able to get me out of my lease and into a 2008 CRV with all the bells and whistles at a reasonable price. I could not be pleased more. I think this was one of the only times after buying a car (used or new) that I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of. Thank you Chris! I will pass the word around about Honda of Watertown. More
