He is friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to work with and accomodating with a wonderful sense of humor. He has to be on his toes and able to keep up when dealing with my husband, Ken. All in all we have been very satisfied with Watertown Honda and the staff with special mention of Chris Hansen, Rick Bierce and Steve Knox for their professionalism and attention to our needs. When we stopped at Honda of Watertown we were greeted by a salesman who just wanted to be helpful. There was no "meet my quota" pushiness. We essentially knew what we were looking for and he was instrumental in helping us find the right car. He was knowledgeable about every car in inventory and took his time explaining the positives and negatives of each one we expressed interest in. Repeatedly he would say "I just want you to find a car that you will be happy with." We can't say enough about Steve's patience, integrity, and helpfulness. In fact, over the course of the afternoon, we had conversations with many of the salesmen who were equally knowledgeable and thoughtful.
