Luckily I had the receipt at home, so my husband sent me a photo of it. Over an hour passed, and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. After about 20 minutes later, I went looking for an update. It turned out that the inspection receipt had been sitting on the desk of the guy who checked me in. More

This place has changed. First they told me I couldn’t make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil c make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil change $20 more than usual. Never going back. Too long of a wait to pay the same to go outside. Bye More

Safe clean environment with courteous workers. However, I did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. Came in to get a NYS Inspection and ended up getting a tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the la tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the large waiting room with tables for eating or working and a section with lounge chairs to watch TV. My service rep was courteous and helpful.
