I actually started leasing my 2019 Honda Civic about a year ago. I obviously wanted a Honda for its great review of how reliable they are initially. My sales rep from a year ago Wally made it quick, fast and efficient as could be. I like to get my car serviced at Honda due to the fact that they are the ones I purchased my car from. However, to get an oil change it takes about 4 hours, each trip I make to the Valley Stream Service Center. About a month ago, I received a light on my dashboard for having low tire pressure. I opted for the Rim and Tire protection when I first set up my lease so of course I called the service center to resolve the issue. Turned out I had a nail in my tire and they offered to plug it (because don't put patches on) for me. 2 weeks after that tire servicing the same tire pressure light came back on. I called to set up an appointment and I get only the voicemail. A few days later while constantly filling my tire with air, my car is having electrical problems with the alarm going off at random hours and times as well as the trunk of my car opening up CONSISTENTLY. Calling again, I am unable to get an appointment with them until next week and they can't guarantee me a courtesy vehicle unless the car is deemed "unsafe". Attempting to call back to remind them of the tire issue I got their voicemail 5 times at 1:30pm on a Tuesday(11/17/020). Completely unprofessional and unaccommodating especially because I didn't require anything extra than what was promised to me at the beginning of the lease agreement. Safe to say, I'm highly anticipating the ending of my lease so I no longer need to deal with excessively long wait times and unprofessional reluctant service team. More
It’s a friendly dealership, every time I need service they provide without appointment I have to way a little extra, But it’s Ok because you have to be respectful to first come. The service department was helpful there, timing is alittle weak. Additional insurances add to the car example tire repair dents and dings are only open in the week. Servicing my car took some time abo alittle weak. Additional insurances add to the car example tire repair dents and dings are only open in the week. Servicing my car took some time about a 2 weeks process but everything was serviced for my 2017 HB Civic. More
