Been going to Honda for many many years. Can’t believe I have to wait 10 days for a service appointment. Never ever had a problem until now. I hope it’s worth the wait. Nataly was an amazing sales rep she’s didn’t rush me and she answered all my questions, and whenever she’s didn’t know the answer she politely told me to wait a moment and got the information for a supervis she answered all my questions, and whenever she’s didn’t know the answer she politely told me to wait a moment and got the information for a supervisor. Experience was fine. Found out BOTH my service advisor and service manager for 10+ years had left, so there was some new folks supporting me.
