Safe clean environment with courteous workers. However, I did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. And replaced my wipers I felt like this was a very long process especially when I was told that it wou did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. I just love this place.I went so many places to buy a Honda pilot car but valley stream dealer was the best especially Mr Hassan Choudhury was superb. Came in to get a NYS Inspection and ended up getting a tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the la tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the large waiting room with tables for eating or working and a section with lounge chairs to watch TV. My service rep was courteous and helpful. Ive been coming to South Shore Honda since i brought my first Honda in 1995. Great service, excellent staff. More
