I heard a noise comming from my breaks. So I went to Toms River Honda service center to check it out. Michael welcomed me in with a smile. I told him what was going on and I just wanted my breaks checked. He said we will do a multi point inspection at no charge. He directed me to the waiting room where their was complementary tea and coffee. In about 15min he called me back in and told me what exactly was going on. Even showed me the record scratching on the rotors with Jason explained the squeaking sound. They fully explained what is going on and what needs to be fixed right now and what will need to be done in the future. He told me the price I will be charged and I was handed keys to a loaner car because they had to order the parts. With out even asking for one. (EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE) They even accepted a competitor's coupon. I was notified to pick up my car the next day. Shelly was so nice, professional and went over the charges, I paid and was back in my car squeek free!!! I was very impressed with the customer service and anticipation of my needs, the complementary car and even the cost of doing all the repairs. Explainig what needs to be done. Brining me in to show me what was wrong. I did not feel pressured to fix my car there. It was the excellent customer service that makes me go there first. It's the honesty of "hey it's not all your breaks it's just the front one." And all the employees that I came across are really friendly team players and happy to work there. Had the dealer donated complex analysis and review of a recent engine clatter sound. Could have been interpreted as a far more expensive repair, but the technician was thorough and found a more minor iss recent engine clatter sound.
