Poor customer service I guess because recall and they were not getting any money from me. Ignored like I was invisible when waiting to drop off and nobody even told me where my car was when picking up- h were not getting any money from me. Never received inspection report after service, responded to text asking if there was an issue and never got a reply. I have gotten 3 texts asking me for a good rating but can’t get a reply to my text about to text asking if there was an issue and never got a reply. Why do you send a text asking if I was happy and then ignore it? I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future. Very disappointing. More

Dean helped me right away when I came in. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes for my car which was getting an oil change and tire rotation.
