All of the Dealership people we have communicated with were great - all seemed to be trained in communications and behavior, everyone knew we were customers and provided excellent care in their work and c were great - all seemed to be trained in communications and behavior, everyone knew we were customers and provided excellent care in their work and communications, they went out of their way to help (the fellow cleaning in the evening took our empty drink cups because we asked for the location of a trash receptacle), the lady handing the loaner vehicles was very quick and facilitated receiving a loaner quickly, and the lady in the service area when we returned the loaner was very nice and commented on our new car!... Sales was very excellent, guided and did not direct, got all of the information needed and illustrated the best way to lease plus discount options, and the business office person was excellent - very quick and interactive!!
