What Others Say

I wanted to write a review on Honda's service and Garrett Dryden who went above and beyond "customer first" ! I called in about my granddaughters Honda Civic, AutoZone had diagnosed it as needing an new alternator. I called Honda Service dept., spoke with Garrett about replacing the alternator and cost. He asked more questions about what was wrong as the car was not running and he stated he was 95% sure it was NOT the alternator and just needed an new battery!! He suggested if we could not make it to Tomball Honda to try the closest Honda dealership (WOW!! didn't push his service center) for a true diagnoses!! Later that day we had the car properly diagnosed and YES, it just needed a new battery!! My granddaugher who is college student had a 90% savings in cost!! Can not say enough about the SERVICE Dept. and GARRETT DRYDEN and his honesty!! He did the right thing in putting the customer FIRST!! A rare find!!! Hats off to you!!

Our sales Rep was Ben. I recommend Tomball Honda and the sales person Ben. Very professional and very helpful.

I have been driving Hondas for almost 27 years. I'm aware of mechanical issues that can happen, regular maintenance that should be done, etc. I had never used this dealership until recently. I acquired an old Pilot, and decided to try them out with an oil change. From previous experiences, I won't go anywhere else for that service, but a Honda dealership. I get treated just like any other customer, even though my car isn't as shiny and new. I like the inspections and reminders they go over for service. It's not a hard sell, like you might find with other convenient places. Connor and Greg B. have been most helpful with all my questions and service needs. Both were informative on how I can save on some needed maintenance. Both went out of their way--Conner with providing me carfax to determine current service needs and quotes, and Greg going above and beyond with loaner options, and his service, and ideas to save money. The dealership was busy both times those men helped me, and they were patient and kind, never rushed me, nor did they exhibit anything other than superior service. Thank you!!!!

Made an offer for a 2025 Pilot and it was accepted by Ruben De La Cruz. Two days later, I’m still waiting for purchase order and now he’s backing out of a deal we made. He’s a real piece of work.

Bought a used car there and all was fine. I went for a oil change and was told that one of the tires had a plug in it. Now the plug is failing and will probably have to buy a new tire cause I looked where it is and it is close to the side wall. They lost a future customer for the price of 1 tire. Update: Two people from the dealership called me about my issue when they saw the review. The tire with the plug was not the one that went flat. They think it was missed when they received the car which I can see. Sometimes things can get missed. There is a lot to inspect on a vehicle. They replaced the tire with the plug and gave me a discount on the tire that did go flat with a hole by the sidewall.

This dealership willingly sold a complete lemon and is attempting to blame the transport company for the condition of the vehicle. The transport company has video and picture evidence of the condition when they picked it up. Lenny Gonzales is the GM and does not take his employees lying to buyers as a serious problem..... Do not trust this dealership, these are the ones that give them the bad name....
