Crystal in customer service deserves 10 stars. I went in for update on nav system and was told by first person that they do not do that and I needed to do it myself as it would take over 4 hours. Crystal st for update on nav system and was told by first person that they do not do that and I needed to do it myself as it would take over 4 hours. Crystal stepped in and handled it in less than 30 minutes. I went in again yesterday for a battery for my key fob and there was a lady who was clearly frightened by something her vehicle did and Crystal interceded and sat down with her and calmed her down. The lady has upcoming surgery and was very anxious and Crystal spent time just sitting with her rather than the other tech who tried to sell her on the safety of her car. #peoplemattermorethancars More
