The service department really sets them apart. Friendly, helpful, and always price competitive. A few weeks ago they beat NTB by over $100 on a wheel bearing replacement. I was impressed with honesty and trouble fee approach. At the end of same day i was able to get into my Pilot and at the same price that was promised over phone or email. this is unlike many dealers that will bait and switch when you actually land in their dealership like Gillman, Allen Honda or many other like those. Will definitely recommend Honda of Tomball over others dealership around Houston. There was small delay where the Finance team tried to sell some warranty that i was not interested in and he was convinced that to not push too much. More

Service at Honda Tomball is quick and well done. Josh was our service writer and he kept us advised as to when to expect the completion of service. A nice touch at the end is a fresh car wash.
