Awesome dealership! Came here months ago because I was not happy with the previous Honda dealership I was at. In the months I’ve been doing business with Honda of Tomball, they have sold me a car that I V not happy with the previous Honda dealership I was at. In the months I’ve been doing business with Honda of Tomball, they have sold me a car that I VERY MUCH LOVE(2020 civic sport hatchback), and are so respectful in the service department! Once again I had to Reach Out to Honda of Tomball, they are about 200 miles from my Liberty Hill Residence. Called 3 Local Honda Dealerships who were not really interested in solving my problem. So..I was able to Contact Casey Ratliff in your service Department & he spent a lot of time Researching my problem,and we fixed the issue with my Trailer Wiring harness that had no power. One Dealership in the area wanted to sell me a complete New wiring harness @$151+ installation time. Casey not only solved the issue he went to the Web site, down loaded the instructions & figured that the fuse placement was in correct on the instruction sheet from the manufacturer. If you are looking for an Honest Dealership & one you can trust I HIGHLY recommend Honda of Tomball. Never had a bad experience there.
