Usually Good..This was a challenge. I have been taking our cars here for more than 15 years. I'm on my second service director and countless service consultants. This last visit there wa I have been taking our cars here for more than 15 years. I'm on my second service director and countless service consultants. This last visit there was a problem with the roof molding on my 2017 Pilot. I asked for the service advisor, Tam, to let me know what my options are for repair. Long story short he didn't do anything. I found the solution myself and presented it to Tam. Tam became argumentative and lest just say less than helpful. The service advisor Rick P. stepped in and had me bring it back in. He worked with me to apply the fix as dictated by a Technical Service Bulletin as the issue was a known problem. Upon arriving Abdel was very friendly and helpful. However this time when asked how long it would take he pointed my back at Rick instead of processing the service himself. Its not really a big deal, especially if he doesn't know what to do. But Rick, and I, thought he should know. In any case Rick stepped again and got the problem solved. This was an unusual one but there were clear areas were the service could be improved. Particularly in Tam's case. However, I will continue to bring my Honda vehicles here and work with Abdel and Rick. More
