Very disappointing experience On Saturday, July 4th, my husband and I visited the Honda of Stevens Creek dealership to test drive a Honda CRV. Unfortunately, we had an upsetting cu On Saturday, July 4th, my husband and I visited the Honda of Stevens Creek dealership to test drive a Honda CRV. Unfortunately, we had an upsetting customer service experience while there. Victor Bradley was the sales representative assigned to help us and when he approached us inside of the dealership, he was not wearing a face covering. When we went outside to see the CRV, I politely asked him if he would mind pulling up his face mask; he refused to do so. When I asked to speak to management inside of the dealership regarding his refusal, the sales manager, Chadd Clowes, and two other employees with him were also not wearing face masks. I was disappointed that a simple request, in compliance with the Order of the Health Officer of the County of Santa Clara, and meant to help me as a customer feel safe and to keep others safe was not only disregarded, it was ignored. Afterward, we went to a different Honda dealership and had a very pleasant, COVID-safety compliant experience. For this reason, I would advise others to take their business to one of these other dealerships instead of Honda of Stevens Creek. More
