This is the first oil change for my daughter's 2020 Civic Si. When I arrived, Jeffrey was the first one greeted me. He is very friendly and make me feel I am welcomed here. He went through everything that I need to know for my service very clearly. I got my service done much quicker than I expected. Jeffrey came to get me in the waiting room and handed to me all the paper work. It indeed makes me feel good today to get my car in for service at this dealership.
