Bought my new Honda Civic this week. This is my 2nd Honda and my first from Stevens Creek. Phil Ha was fantastic, he walked me thru the models and options that I wanted and didn't push anything on me that I didn't, he was patient and answered all my questions with clarity and honesty; really made my decision easy. Price was great, absolutely no BS and nothing was hidden, just a straight fair price and clean deal. Seems that Stevens Creek is the only Honda dealership in S. Steven was great, helpful, patient and thorough. I loved having text communication during the day and being able to pay online before pick up. Super smooth. My tie pressure light (minor issue) did pop back having text communication during the day and being able to pay online before pick up. Super smooth.
