Horrible experience with Finance team. Purchased the Honda care plan along with car in 2021 and placed a request to cancel it within 10 days. A year afterwards, they haven't cancelled it yet. They don't Honda care plan along with car in 2021 and placed a request to cancel it within 10 days. A year afterwards, they haven't cancelled it yet. They don't even deserve a one star rating. Not a fair way to make profit conning innocent customers. More

All was good as far as buying the vehicle. Bought the car on Friday afternoon so it was not much time looking the car over. Front spoiler scratched up, steering wheel is off a little, one of the backup senso on Friday afternoon so it was not much time looking the car over. Front spoiler scratched up, steering wheel is off a little, one of the backup sensor is malfunctioning, Apple carplay freezes all the time. Sent couple of E-mails but got no response. No follow ups either. So you make the call. Me NOT HAPPY! More
