Considering the current car economy I was lucky to find a used car. I probably paid 1K more than Blue Book. I didn't enjoy paying for the Security System, that I didn't want, and the $90 sticker. Adriel, the salesman, promptly answered my quote request explaining the inventory shortage situation, but offering to work with me to try to get the car I wanted. Sharp contrast to the local dealer who told me I would get whatever car arrived and would have to pay $7000 over MSRP. That guy didn’t even want to know the color or model I was interested in and basically said he’d call me when a car came in. So rude and needless to say I won’t ever go back to him. Once the car arrived, Adriel patiently explained all the features and we went for a short ride. He was genuinely friendly and his smile never stopped. Appreciated him making my car buying experience less stressful. More
Bought a car that engine light within 45 days from Purchase. Wouldn't uphold warranty items (thermostat) , now engine locked up in 75 days from Purchase. I was informed that I Bought a used car. The dealer just provided me 1 key & no manual of the car. NO RESPONSES from phone calls. Frustrating!!!!
