Kevin, the sales person, was very friendly and helpful. But then the typical dealer games began where the "closer" tries to sell additional services, warranties etc. I wanted to decline all of these add-on But then the typical dealer games began where the "closer" tries to sell additional services, warranties etc. I wanted to decline all of these add-ons, but was told the Karr Alarm system had been wired in and the car would not be sold without it. If this is true, the advertised price of the car should have included the $1295 cost of the alarm. I didn't think of the fact that these useless gizmos actually cause major damage to Mercedes Benz computer systems. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. Other dealerships offer a short time warranty. This dealership offers nothing. Once you sign the papers, lots of them, you are stuck with the car. More
