I brought my 2010 Honda accord in for service because the engine light was on. Clint Santiago was my Service Advisor. He was kind, courteous and considerate. He kept me updated about the status of repairs on my car. He gave clear explanation of what was wrong with my car. He even took pictures of the parts that needed to be replaced. Unfortunately the repairs would cost more than the car was worth, so I decided to buy a new car. He referred me to Jerry Marquez. I told him what I wanted which was an Accord hybrid EX-L in canyon river blue metallic. Jerry immediately said," let me see what I can do." He found one in SF at a Honda dealership. I said,"yes let's make it happen." Tina who also assisted in this sale was wonderful! She checked on me multiple times while we were waiting for the car to be brought from SF. Kindness doesn't cost anything and they exemplified this trait. I must not forget Ryan who handled my paper work. He explained the paper work and answered all my questions. This may be a little wordy but many times people will complain and tell you what you have done wrong but never what you get right. I love my new car!! The technology on it is awesome! Went to three local Honda dealerships. Honda of Stevens Creek was the best of the three. Did purchase a new 2024 Honda Civic EX. I was able to strike a bargain without a lot of high pressure tactics. Tried Fremont Honda, but they invited me to see a car they never even had on the lot. Was suppose to use the Costco Auto Program, but they were clueless how it worked. They used the old bait and switch. Even worse nightmare was Envision Honda of Milpitas. They also said they had just the car I wanted and when I showed up they did not have the car at all. Ended up ordering one from them with money down. Lots of high pressure tactics, game playing,lies, etc. Shocking ending. Received a call from the salesman that the car had arrived after one week. Was out of town, but three days later I went to pick up the car. When I arrived they claim they cannot find the car, nor the salesman who is MIA, missing in action for three days. They said they would bargain with me for another car meaning to start all over again. I demand my down payment back. They resist at first claiming they will strike a new bargain. Con men! Did get my down payment back. Left them and went to Honda of Stevens Creek. Everything went smoothly. The only down side was they sold me a KARR anti theft policy which two days later I went back for more details and they assigned a young worker to answer my questions. He seemed to have no real knowledge of the program, but suggested I call the 800 number on the brochure. Find it strange that they sell a program in which they seem not to really understand in detail. Still would recommend them over Fremont Honda and especially the horrible Envision Honda of Milpitas.
