I am so sad at the terrible experience we had at this dealer, except for Ryan N. He is the only reason I am rating this experience with 2-stars. Ryan was fantastic and bent over backwards to help me out. Jacob on the other had, was juvenile, as were the other sales people that spoke to me when Jacob refused to answer my calls mid-way through the sales process. He did not listen when asked a clear request and made the sale complicated and very messy for us and his dealership. I have not figured out if Jay was harmful or helpful in the situation, but at least he stopped when we asked so we could have the right owner on the car title. I think they may have destroyed some documents between the night and morning shift. We were buying the car for our son and it seemed like they made him wait for 90 minutes the first time and 60 minutes the second time for sport. More
