Friendliness stops when the deal is done On August 25th I bought a used truck from Honda of Slidell. Very friendly and helpful the day of the deal. I traded a small truck in on a full size tr On August 25th I bought a used truck from Honda of Slidell. Very friendly and helpful the day of the deal. I traded a small truck in on a full size truck. A month later when the tag came in They told me I owed them fees on my plate. To make a long story short they admitted it was their mistake but still wanted me to pay fees. I offered to pay 100 of 191 dollar mistake. Now they are not willing to help at all. That's just bad customer relation. They are willing to lose a customer over their 191 dollar mistake that I was going to pay half of. I am a disabled man on a fixed income. They got their money from the finance company and going to fight me for less than 100 dollars. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!! More
