I wrote a negative review on 5/19/26 about a refund I did not get. On May 22,2026, a check was cut for my refund amount which I have received and deposited. Thank you HONDA OF COVINGTON for sending my check so quickly. Like I said before, my refund must have fell through the cracks but the right person monitors and took care of the issue immediately. Thank you and yes I will continue using HONDA OF COVINGTON in the future.

Alanna went out of her way to listen to my concerns, probe further when needed, and then show me what could be wrong with my car. She thoroughly explained all of that to the tech, and left me the knowledge of the "why" these issues were popping up. I've always received excellent service here, but Alanna's professionalism, friendliness, and obvious desire to help others understand their cars better far exceeded what was expected. My parents and I will be asking for her by name from now on. Great work, Alanna! What an unexpected blessing!
