Took my Honda Civic Hybrid in for the 30,000 mile recommended service. The time it took to complete the service was exactly what they quoted me when I made the appointment even though I added one iss recommended service. The staff was friendly on the phone and in person. I do feel that they could do a better job of explaining what service will be performed on the vehicle and what, if any, options I have with regards to that service. I assumed that there was a set service standard for 30,000 miles as was implied in my manual, but I got charged for "Premium" service and I wasn't offered a choice beforehand. After seeing this on the bill, I asked for a brochure that specified what service was performed. When I got home with the car, I thoroughly looked through the pamphlet and saw that the package included replacing the windshield wiper inserts, along with quite a long list of services and inspections. The inserts for the hybrid model are hard to find in auto parts stores and we get a lot of rain in Louisiana, so I was happy this was included. I immediately went outside to check and they HAD NOT been replaced! As a result, I now wonder what else on the list was not done since I can't easily check most of the other items. Most unfortunate, is that this is the second time they did not replace the wiper inserts on my vehicle. Last time it happened, I had brought the car in for a routine oil change and asked to replace the inserts because they were cracked and streaking. Since I was aware of the need that time, I checked before leaving and when I notified them of the oversight, they quickly apologized and put new ones in. I live in Metairie and drive 40 minutes to Slidell, so today when I called, they offered to mail me the inserts. At no time was I offered any financial compensation or additional discounts to make up for the issue. I won't use this location again for service. More
