Great experience from the test drive to the final paperwork. The dealership has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Ken Lobert introduced us to Mike Ancar who did a great job showing us the inven paperwork. The dealership has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Ken Lobert introduced us to Mike Ancar who did a great job showing us the inventory, explaining features and helping us in the decision making process. Once we decided on a 2014 Civic, Mike and Ken went out of thier way to find the exact model we wanted. Dawn Loyacano handled the paperwork and was friendly, welcoming and did a great job explaining the warranty and financing options. Overall we were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Honda of Slidell! More

I was treated with respect and educated on auto safety, financing, maintenance etc. Ashley, Josh and Kurt went above and beyond the call of duty to sell me a car working later than normal business hours to close the deal. While shopping for a new van my search ultimately brought me to Honda of Slidell and I am so glad it did! After more than a few frustrating trips to other dealerships I called Honda of Slidell and within min me to Honda of Slidell and I am so glad it did! After more than a few frustrating trips to other dealerships I called Honda of Slidell and within minutes I felt they were different. I spoke to the Sales Manager, Kerry Turlich, and he answered all of my questions and concerns without any games, he gave me the best price up front and also gave me a realistic trade value for my trade in. When I went to the dealership my expectations were more than met, Kerry lived up to EXACTLY what we discussed over the phone and the rest of the staff was wonderful too! Alberto Montero did our paperwork and explained all options clearly and with no pressure whatsoever. My salesperson, Leigh Garland, was a dream to work with also! I love my new Odyssey and I love Honda of Slidell! More

I would Highly recommend this Dealership! I work in the Auto Industry, so I am difficult to impress, but I would rate this as the Best Experience I have ever Had Shopping for a Vehicle. The employees that helped me; Melissa, Nick, Lauren, Charity, Dawn, Alberto, Jeremy, and Josh were all very polite and very professional on the phone or in-person. They seemed to listen better than any Dealership I have ever visited. The Sales Manager (Nick) introduced himself to me before I even test drove any vehicles and encouraged me to take a full test drive to ensure I was comfortable and happy with the vehicle. I ultimately bought a used vehicle, and Melissa shared the vehicle CarFax history with me, clarified the remaining Manufacturer Warranty that was still in effect, and also went over the list of Service and reconditioning that they performed on the vehicle. In addition, she explained the Customer Benefits Package that is Free for every Buyer and it includes some great perks including service coupons and a Free Oil change. Nick (Sales Mgr.) even showed me their price comparison tool that ensures that they are competitively priced vs. any similar vehicle online within 200 miles. My entire experience was very simple and completely “Hassle Free”. Everyone seemed interested in helping me make a good decision and giving me valuable information to ensure that I got the Best Value for my money. I was introduced to the Service Manager before I left and the General Manager personally called me after my purchase to ensure that I was happy and to get my feedback on my shopping experience. This is NOT your typical Dealership!! Thank-You Honda of Slidell. You will definitely see me again and I will recommend this Dealership to All of my family, friends and Relatives. More

I came to this dealer to diagnose an engine check light. My Honda manual said it indicated a problem with the gas cap. The dealer service rep said "oh no, it could be many other things, so we can do a multi My Honda manual said it indicated a problem with the gas cap. The dealer service rep said "oh no, it could be many other things, so we can do a multi-point check, which you can apply toward any work that is needed". Ok, fine. Nothing was mentioned as to how long this might take. Had I known it would take the rest of the afternoon, I would have rescheduled. I heard nothing for more than 2 hours, when the rep finally told me "It's probably the gas cap, but we're out of them". I asked "if it turns out not to be the gas cap, what's the next most likely cause?" The rep said that info was 'in the tree', which they see when diagnostic equipment is connected to the car". I'm thinking, isn't that what we spent the last 2+ hrs doing? It took another half hour to wrap up the work, then the rep told me it was ready. When I walked to her desk to pay, she said she was still waiting for the paperwork. In the end, after a 2 hr and 45 wait, the dealership had concluded it was "probably the gas cap" (as the manual had said in the first place), and I had no better idea of what the cause could be. The rep said the gas cap seal was probably bad, but it appeared in perfect condition. Since the diagnostic fee could be applied to fixing things in the inspection report, I decided to fix the bad CV joint, which was listed at $190.00. I called in and a rep said that would be fine. When I went in to schedule the work, she said the price was wrong, and that it was really $445 plus tax. Because that too was unexpected, I said, then let's replace the transmission fluid since it was also listed as an issue. But the rep said I could only apply the diagnostic fee to a repair, and not maintenance, something that hadn't been made clear before. Ok, fair enough, but at that point, I wasn't interested in any more surprises. I will probably get some of the recommended work done by an independent shop. Based on this experience, the service was S-L-O-W, the rep didn't communicate well, and there were too many surprises. The waiting area is plastered with awards for great service. Very disappointed. No incentive to return. My original Honda dealer was very good, no surprises. More

Nick and T-Mac did a great job. I am really happy with the Jeep. The fact that they inspect and fix what needs to be fixed prior to selling makes for a much better used car experience..
