Ill sum it up in one word "LIARS" I was deceived into buy a a package that I was told was included at no charge by the lying finance person Ken Woods. I also was told i would get a re I was deceived into buy a a package that I was told was included at no charge by the lying finance person Ken Woods. I also was told i would get a refund after I looked over my paper work and saw the fee for the package I was told was included. I went back to complain about the deception and Its been almost a year and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried numerous times to deal with ken and the finance manager Dawn. I even signed a refund form and still have not received my refund. I've been told the check had been add back to my loan I was told the check should be in the mail, I was even told it probably got lost in the mail. After repeated attempts to talk to the staff by phone in person all I was ever told is we'll take care of it. I even left a message to the owner Ken Lobert with no avail. A year later I'm still waiting for them to take care of it. Just make sure to anyone who reads this review keep a close eye on what your signing and ask what are u signing because some of the people who work their are not too honest. Good luck with your purchases at Honda of Slidell you might just get ripped off. More
