I was lied to for no reason, about a discount I never received. I have used a coupon a few times or was offered money off of a service, but it always reflected on the slip. However, today I was told I re received. I have used a coupon a few times or was offered money off of a service, but it always reflected on the slip. However, today I was told I received a $400 discount but I paid the price I was quoted when the technician first told me that I needed my oil pump replaced. Also, this so called discount didn't reflect on my sales ticket. I do recall being told on many occasions, and it's printed on the coupon, that the max discount is $100, so how exactly did i receive a $400 discount. More
