Great prices, not so great Customer Service We contacted the dealership prior to coming. We knew what we wanted, had a pre-approval from our credit union, and wanted a fast sale. Initially we we We contacted the dealership prior to coming. We knew what we wanted, had a pre-approval from our credit union, and wanted a fast sale. Initially we were moving quickly, then we had nearly a two hour wait to meet with financing. Reminder we were already pre-approved. We finished everything and left the dealership. As we left we realized the tint was removed from the front two windows of the vehicle and there was no gas in the tank. Therefore, even though the employees were friendly, they did not give us any perks or services (gas) for purchasing the vehicle. We left the lot and headed straight to the gas station. As a customer service measure I believe this had a negative impact on our experience. *UPDATE to Review* After speaking with our sales person and the manager, we are now being called liars or stupid. The manager is now stating that "the tint was removed on Tuesday" and "it was dark when we test drove" therefore, maybe it was a mistake in realizing that there was tint. NO, there was no mistake made. There was illegal tint on the front windows when the vehicle was being test driven. The sales person even commented on it during the test drive. My husband commented on how dark it was and how he would need to get used to that. There is a distinct difference between when it was test driven at night and when the vehicle was driven off the lot at night. More

Their attitude and the way they handled everything made my wife and I feel like family. They worked incredibly hard to get us a great deal on a great truck.
